Our lucky clients asked eggersmann Houston’s Andrea Villamarin, and Montgomery Roth Architects to open up their dated kitchen to bring a great sense of space and lighter modern finishes. Andrea designed a great room featuring an oversized kitchen, bar, and mudroom, all in one.
Using wood, stone, and high gloss finishes create visual interest and bring a warmth to the large space. The turnstile pantries and ample cabinetry including the expansive island offer storage and organizational opportunities galore.
The results are modern contemporary living worthy of their resort lifestyle on Lake Conroe.
