Its close proximity to Miami, Biscayne Bay, and Key West ensure there is always something to explore if you ever want to leave the bucolic hamlet of Pinecrest.

This spectacular Pinecrest new construction home brings a modern architectural aesthetic softened by manicured shrubs and border flower beds. The front yard’s oversized slabs with green-filled gaps create a versatile space and one that is good for the environment enabling rainwater to soak into the earth below.

Ralph Edwards, designer at eggersmann Florida, worked with Design Director Patricia Salamin and junior designer, Christy Mederos from the homeowners’ builder, Hollub Homes, to design a modern, highly functional kitchen with extra-long island. Handle-less cabinets provide a canvas for expanses of meticulously grain-matched vertical wood veneers.
