THE CHAUCER is a 15-story art-deco-inspired mid-rise poised on the fringe of Houston’s Rice Village, a 16-block area revered for 300+ small, eclectic shops and fashion-focused boutiques as well as proximity to world-class Rice University and the Museum District.
