Every dream home begins with the right foundation, and for these homeowners, that meant finding the perfect lot. Positioned directly across the Intracoastal Waterway from Spanish River Park in Boca Raton, the property offered an exceptional setting for a custom residence designed around the way they wanted to live. The kitchen, designed by eggersmann Florida Sales and Designer, Ralph Edwards, became the heart of that vision—a space that balances warmth, clean contemporary design, and exceptional functionality.

Natural materials establish an inviting atmosphere throughout the main kitchen. Vancouver wood veneer cabinetry in Smoked Oak Planked with a brushed finish introduces rich texture and organic character, bringing the wood grain to the level of a a defining design feature rather than simply a finish. The warmth of the oak is complemented by cabinetry from our Ventura range in Steel Grey Lacquer, creating subtle contrast while maintaining a refined, understated palette. Mirrored Grey VETRO glass front cabinetry adds another layer of depth, softly reflecting light throughout the space and giving the kitchen a sense of openness without overwhelming the natural materials.

The composition feels intentional from every angle. Vertical wood grain, smooth lacquer surfaces, and reflective glass elements work together to create visual balance while emphasizing the home’s contemporary architecture. Every finish was selected to contribute to an environment that feels calm, sophisticated, and timeless.

Beyond its aesthetic appeal, the kitchen was designed to support everyday living and entertaining with equal ease. Spacious work areas encourage gathering while maintaining efficient workflow, allowing multiple people to cook, prepare, and socialize comfortably within the space.

Adjacent to the primary kitchen, a dedicated prep kitchen keeps behind-the-scenes tasks organized and out of view. Outfitted with Paso cabinetry in Nano Black, the secondary workspace introduces a bold, streamlined aesthetic while providing additional storage and preparation space for larger meals and entertaining. Its minimalist appearance complements the main kitchen while creating a practical extension of the home’s culinary capabilities.
