West Boca Raton’s tropical waterfront enclave, Long Lake Estates, offers its residents luxury vacation resort living every day. The gated entrance crosses the long lake giving way to tree-lined streets and exquisite custom homes on 1-acre parcels. The lakes offer spectacular views, abundant wildlife watching, and a serene mood.
The community offers easy access to major thoroughfares for quick trips to offices, shopping at Town Center Mall, Mizner Park, and exceptional dining venues. It is a short distance from Boca Raton’s private airport and equi-distant from the international airports in Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale.
Pepe Calderin Design and the homeowners collaborated with eggersmann designer, Ralph Edwards to create a beautiful modern living area with a light palette to capitalize on the expansive windows overlooking the lake.
The sleek, multi-level stone island pairs Grigio Carnico limestone in a leathered finish with a high-gloss Icy White-lacquered tier, combining contrast and cohesion in one striking design. Part of eggersmann’s signature unique cabinetry collection, the island provides ample storage and workspace for cooking, entertaining, and display. The monochrome palette is warmed with Smoked Oak Planked veneer from the Vancouver wood veneer range, which also appears in the horizontal grain cabinetry concealing the TV mechanism. The screen glides across the windows when in use and retracts to reveal unobstructed outdoor views. Polished Grey Mirror wall cabinets reflect natural light and backyard scenery, amplifying brightness while adding a refined modern touch.
To maintain the clean, minimal aesthetic, the garage exit was discreetly hidden behind custom paneling, demonstrating eggersmann’s thoughtful design solutions for concealed doorways. A built-in bar creates a focal point in the living space and offers a convenient station for drinks and conversation. An S-Box pop-up electrical outlet adds functionality, making it easy to power a blender, charge a device, or run an essential oil diffuser. Every detail supports both beauty and utility, aligning with eggersmann’s commitment to purposeful, luxurious design.
