Project Details
Sunny South Florida’s Boca Raton epitomizes the pinnacle of luxury living. Pristine beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, upscale shopping districts, world-class dining, exclusive golf courses, yacht clubs, high-end spas and wellness centers, and excellent schools offer an exceptional lifestyle.
The lush landscapes and beautifully designed neighborhoods like the enclave of Woodfield Country Club provide a tranquil setting with opportunities to partake of its vibrant cultural scene including art galleries, museums, and live performances. It is no wonder that families and retirees clamor to become a part of this community.
Woodfield Country Club offers the quintessential south Florida lifestyle with world class golfing and tennis and exceptional opportunities to explore many parks.
This new construction luxury 8-bedroom home was designed by Ralph Choeff of Miami-based architect firm, Choeff Levy Fischman with interiors by Deborah Wecselman of Wecselman Design. The Tropical Modern home was built by VJD Construction. The homeowners and their team collaborated with eggersmann designer, Erika Clifford to create a main kitchen and chef’s kitchen.
Show Kitchen
Warm deep tones of chocolate bring an contrast to the bright, often pastels of the south Florida vibe. The palette brings a warm cozy feel to the heart of the home. The homeowners’ signature modern art collection and exceptional lighting choices take center stage.
Special features in this show kitchen include:
- Hidden Pocket Door unit for coffee and small appliances
- Tall glass cabinets from glance collection with internal LED lighting
- Tandem pull-out pantry unit
- Fully integrated Appliances
- Integrated adjustable LED lighting throughout.
The homeowners’ unique collection of sculptures received their own specially designed display case with integrated LED lighting and finely-framed glass.
Chef’s Kitchen
The stainless steel chef’s prep kitchen is the workhorse for this home for daily meal preparation and as a catering and prep kitchen for large events. Its industrial aesthetic is in stark contrast to the main kitchen’s ultra-luxe dark chocolate palette. But the access via a hallway tucks the chef’s kitchen out of sight of the home’s living areas and the show kitchen.
