Project Details
A sophisticated study in contrast in LA’s Sherman Oaks.
Perched on a hillside with an expansive view, this newly constructed kitchen was designed around a vision of sleek, modern living without sacrificing warmth or everyday functionality. The result is a refined composition of rich materials, clean lines, and thoughtful contrasts that feels both contemporary and inviting.
Milano cabinetry in Graphite establishes a sophisticated foundation, paired with a Midnight Oak carcase that introduces depth and natural warmth throughout the space. A Glance unit in Parsol Bronze adds an elegant, almost architectural element to the cabinetry, with a walnut interior finish bringing warmth and visual depth behind its bronze-toned exterior.
The darker palette is balanced by a striking Alpine White island in high gloss, creating a crisp focal point at the center of the kitchen while keeping the space feeling bright and open. At the island, a Spekva table in Walnut with a Grey Oil finish adds another layer of texture and natural character, softening the precision of the surrounding cabinetry.
Designed collaboratively by eggersmann LA Sales & Designer Annie Zamani, Payman Azadani, and Adam Stoker, with technical design by Noboru Martinez of eggersmann LA, the kitchen reflects a shared focus on creating a space that is as considered in its details as it is effortless in its overall aesthetic. Craig R. Williams Construction brought the project together from start to finish, resulting in a kitchen that complements its hillside setting while remaining firmly focused on the way modern life is lived.
