Project Details
Museum Tower affords views of the downtown Dallas Art District that are seen by few. It is adjacent to the Klyde Warren Park which hosts many performing arts productions and events throughout the year. Proximity to world-class art exhibits, parks, and restaurants are just a few reasons for choosing to live there.
The enormous pool, private dog park, well-appointed outdoor entertaining spaces, state-of-the-art fitness center, and high-rise residences with private elevator access are features that make a well-lived life easy to achieve.
The Team
Allen Kirsch, principal of Allen Kirsch & Associates interior design firm, worked to design and deliver this luxury kitchen with Kegan Wilson, eggersmann Dallas designer and general contractor, Austin Arnold of Austin Arnold Construction.
The savvy homeowners treated themselves to a visit from luxury home organizer, Hello Happy Home, before and after the new kitchen was completed. The team of organizers met with the homeowner to discuss her organizational needs and pack up the existing kitchen before its demolition. Then expertly unpacked into the new kitchen placing everything with systems to keep the heart of the home organized. The homeowners didn’t have to lift a finger! The Ask
The goals of this high-rise kitchen renovation was to increase storage, improve functionality, and update the modern aesthetic with floor-to-ceiling cabinetry and fresh, high quality materials and finishes. The project design was inspired after our clients viewed another recently completed eggersmann-designed project in the Museum Tower building.

The New Kitchen
The gray monochromatic handleless kitchen with stone waterfall island is quietly modern. mixes neutral grays and whites with warm wood veneers. The lighter hued outer cabinetry finish surrounding the darker gray cabinetry surrounding the Wolf cooktop help the room to feel balanced, keeping scale of the wall cabinets in line with the island.
The expansive breakfast bar offers convenient dining in the great room as well as a great place to host a party. The classically contemporary design is timeless and its mood easily changed with accessories.
