Small Luxury Kitchens

small luxury kitchen inside new york's chelsea waterside

Small luxury kitchens? Small and luxury may not seem like they go together, but these compact high-end kitchens prove that amazing design and exceptional functionality can exist in smaller footprints.

Whether you are downsizing for high-rise living and prefer to keep it cozier or you are planning a kitchen for your pied-à-terre used only occasionally, our eggersmann designers can team up with you or your designer, architect, or builder to create your own kitchen “jewel box”.

stunningly elegant small luxury kitchen

This small luxury kitchen utilizes a very soothing gray and white palette from eggersmann’s Dallas 2602 Alpine White High Gloss, Paso 2713 Nano Lotus White, and Torino 929 Anodized Aluminum finishes. Using a near-monochromatic scheme and integrating the high-end Sub-Zero and Miele appliances keeps the space feeling larger than it is.

Our unique stone cabinetry was used to create a waterfall island that is packed with appliances and storage.

Our clever designers even worked in a glass-front bar with hidden wine fridge. Even a small kitchen can deliver entertaining power.

small high-end kitchens with varied textures

Opting to add more contrast and texture with featured areas works in these small kitchens in Chelsea Waterside in New York City. It is quite interesting to see near-identical floor plans with such diverse visual designs.

vertically grained veneer accept appliance wall

Space is maximized with this small white kitchen with just a touch of gray in the unique stone island featuring Calacatta Gold marble. The horizontal grained wood veneer around the integrated fridge/freezer with oven and microwave at the back of this tiny galley kitchen visually increases the depth of the kitchen.

small luxury black and white kitchen

Using the same footprint as the kitchen above, this kitchen in Chelsea Waterside uses a mostly white palette with an even darker back wall for even more depth. Unlike the wood veneer above, this near-black dark charcoal gray does not call attention to the kitchen area, which for a small high-rise residence in a city with extraordinary restaurants may be your goal, too.

small dramatic kitchen

This pre-war apartment had limited space, but maximum functionality and wow factor was packed in by our NYC eggersmann designer working with a local design and remodeling firm. This U-shaped design maximized storage space and gave a rather large canvas for vertically grined high-gloss lacquered Macassar Ebony cabinetry to provide the visual intrigue. To reflect light, the remaining kitchen cabinets were white using eggersmann’s Vetro Satinato Optic Mirrored Glass finish on the upper cabinets and satin mirror backsplash.

Such bold design in a small area.
