Uptown boasts some of Houston’s most exclusive, innovative, and luxurious high-rise condos. Belfiore is quite unique, aside it’s 2 largest penthouses, each floor features two homes and private lobby. The 44 4-bedroom residences of the tower at Post Oak Lane and Wynden Drive are the largest in the Houston market starting at 4,650 square feet plus 700 square feet of terrace. Very attractive to those looking to downsize and eliminate the worries of maintenance yet keeping space to enjoy visiting family and friends.
Each condo has two corner terraces affording 360-degree views of Houston’s skylines. Floor-to-ceiling windows soaring to 11-feet and open living spaces create the canvas for ultra-modern spaces for luxury high-rise living and entertaining.
The eggersmann Houston team was thrilled to provide custom kitchens for the Belfiore units. The project below was just one of the design projects. The custom new construction project was designed and completed in conjunction with Blailock Design, Robert Levy Architects, and Goodman Even luxury high-rise renovation.

The eggersmann team and others worked with the homeowners of this new-construction condominium unit in Belfiore to bring their classic contemporary vision to life.
The homeowners wanted a great room with their kitchen completely open to the family room with 2 very large islands for serving.
They requested eggersmann design his and her master closets with some very specific storage, display, and security requirements.

Our America Walnut grain-matched veneer in a vertical pattern on the floor-to-ceiling wall cabinets and center cabinets housing the Wolf cooktop adds a classic, uber-luxurious warmth. The wood grain is beautifully juxtaposed with high-gloss Calgary Silver Metallic upper and lower cabinets. eggersmann’s E3.0 cabinetry system was the basis for this inviting design.
Polished steel-framed glass doors with from our Vancouver range were used on a hidden coffee and serving area. The homeowners were very passionate about enjoying superb coffee while catching up on the morning news so in addition to the coffee bar, we built in a TV above.
Convenient and luxury touches are throughout including the Bilbao polished steel custom wrap-around stove hood, elegantly simple Waterstone faucets, and full complement of Subzero and Wolf appliances.
The two islands’ countertops are Cielo Quartzite. The stove wall countertops and backsplash are Taj Mahal Quartzite.

We helped the homeowner build in storage, display, convenience, and security in every inch of this opulent walk-in closet.
The island with drawers that she was keen to include in the design is surrounded by places for all the things she loves. Her handbag and shoe collection are protected and displayed for easy selection. Automated tilting double-hanging maximizes storage while eliminating the need for stepladders as the clothes descend and ascend with the push of a button.
We included a couple of innovative safe drawers for peace of mind for her jewelry collection. The amazing window framing an amazing view lets natural light in and offers a place for a cozy bench seat.
The Schmalenbach S28 closet system was clad in Décor Rovere finish. Drawers feature leather-edge pull handles.

His walk-in closet was custom-created for his clothing, shoe, and accessory collections. While he wanted an island, also, the design that fits his wardrobe the best did not have space for it. So our eggersmann designers crafted a peninsula instead with a bench for him to put on his shoes.
He also wanted to secure storage so we provided a keypad access accessory drawer. For added convenience, a dresser with leather-lined top features a power and USB-charging station.
His extensive tie and belt collection were accommodated in our pull-out tie/belt holders.
The Schmalenbach S28 closet system was clad in Dragon Rovere Truffle wood finish with leather handle accents on the drawers.
