Project Details
The eggersmann Houston team collaborated with Caroline Cole Designs out of Nantucket, Massachusetts who led this project to customize this high-rise Belfiore residence for her client. The goal was to create a transitional style that mirrored the aesthetics of her clients’ New England classic surroundings. With the new home being a high-rise a few modern twists were added.
21st Floor Unit
This 21st floor Belfiore residence features earthy, restful hues of white, cream, gray, and brown throughout. The natural palette is complemented by thoroughly modern high gloss and contrasting colors in this transitional home.
The great room encompassing the kitchen, dining, and living area with custom media wall sets the tone for the entire unit featuring sleek surfaces with mixed metal accessories, wood accents, and design elements reminiscent of New England home decor.
High-end Miele appliances are integrated into a tall wall of handleless cabinets to provide superior functionality for entertaining and everyday cooking while keeping a modern appeal, perfect for a great room.
The living area features a custom media wall from our home living collection. Each element on the shelving system is designed to offer ample display shelving and closed functional storage
Natural light from the oversized windows wash the reflective surfaces with luminescence.
