The homeowner envisioned a space that was not only beautiful but also deeply personal and highly efficient. From the moment you step inside, there is an unmistakable sense of sophistication. A striking central island anchors the room, topped with glass to reveal a jewelry case of hand-lined velvet drawers. Every detail has been considered, from custom watch winders to dedicated sunglass keepers that ensure every piece has its place.
Crafted from the Schmalenbach wardrobe collection, the design reflects a mastery of form and function. Closed cabinetry is balanced by glass-front shelving, where handbags and shoes are displayed like curated art. Hanging storage is thoughtfully positioned to create both visual harmony and ease of use, resulting in a closet that feels as graceful as it is functional.
Brent Hugus, designer at eggersmann Scottsdale, approached every element with precision and artistry. The layout maximizes every millimeter, featuring a discreet pull-out mirror, specialized hanging systems for scarves and belts, and a seamless organizational flow tailored to the client’s lifestyle. A custom sitting area with tufted leather niche seating introduces a touch of warmth and comfort, perfectly uniting form and function.
