Job description: Cabinetry Designer & Sales Consultant
Location: New York
Base Salary + Commission. Experienced designers can expect to earn $150k+. Flexible commission rates. One of the highest rates in the industry.

Pay: $70,000 – $150,000 per year
The Team Member We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a talented, driven professional with expertise in design and sales. Passionate about luxury kitchens and European cabinetry, you blend creativity with technical skill. In a high-end, client-focused environment, you build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, you thrive both independently and in a team. Must-Have Qualifications
Proven success in sales with a strong track record
Expertise in European cabinetry and high-end kitchen design
Proficiency in AutoCAD (experience with 2020 or Fusion Design Software is a plus)
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprint drawings
Knowledge of standardized building techniques, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to multitask
Willingness to attend industry events and networking opportunities
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with the metric system
Preferred Experience
Kitchen design sales, kitchen & bath design sales, interior design, or home remodeling with a sales background
Cabinet design or cabinet sales experience is a plus
Your Daily Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales leads
Meet with clients to understand their vision and needs
Create and present design concepts and proposals
Collaborate with technical support, factory confirmation staff, and installation teams
