Modern Luxury Dallas Premiere Edition featured a high-rise project from Ten Plus Three featuring a modern kitchen and hideaway bar. The eggersmann Dallas team lent their support throughout design and installation of the project.
The kitchen is the heart of the home that serves as a pied-à-terre for an extended family with adult children and grandchildren. Colors and textures cleverly make the kitchen visually disappear to maximize apparent space. The bar, convenient for entertaining, especially during games on TV that the family enjoys, literally disappears behind double folding-pocket doors. The design met the needs of the large multi-generation family who likes to gather in this high-rise apartment and for the owners who enjoy entertaining.
