An Afternoon of Design at eggersmann Los Angeles
Hosted within the eggersmann Los Angeles showroom, the event featured a conversation with acclaimed interior designers Jeff Andrews and Amy Meier, moderated by Jill Cohen, Editor in Chief of LUXE Interiors + Design. The discussion brought together three established voices in the design community for an engaging exchange of perspectives on the industry, creative inspiration, and the evolving world of luxury residential interiors.
The showroom provided a fitting backdrop for the conversation, with its collection of custom German cabinetry and thoughtfully composed kitchen and whole-home displays offering guests an opportunity to experience eggersmann’s approach to design firsthand.
Across three distinct kitchen displays, visitors could explore the relationship between materiality, architectural form, and everyday functionality. The showroom also features a walk-in wardrobe, living area, and outdoor kitchen, demonstrating how eggersmann’s design philosophy extends beyond the kitchen to create cohesive, considered spaces throughout the home. Refined finishes, integrated storage, and carefully resolved details underscore the balance of craftsmanship and innovation that defines the brand.
With a room full of design professionals and a panel of respected industry experts, the afternoon created an opportunity for meaningful conversation within a setting that celebrates the possibilities of modern living.
A Showroom Experience Designed for Connection
Beyond the panel discussion, the afternoon brought together thoughtful hospitality and opportunities for guests to connect with fellow designers and industry partners. Guests enjoyed tacos from Guisados, a tequila tasting featuring Ravella Tequila, and a raffle featuring Miele, adding an inviting, interactive element to the gathering.
The experience was part of a broader Design WeHo schedule that encouraged attendees to explore the neighborhood on foot. With participating showrooms located within easy walking distance, guests moved between events throughout the day, starting at Custom Comfort Mattress, crossing from Gloster to eggersmann and continuing on to Minotti as each gathering concluded. This natural flow made it easy for the design community to experience multiple destinations while connecting with brands, designers, and fellow professionals across West Hollywood.
The strong turnout at eggersmann reflected the enthusiasm surrounding the event and the value of creating spaces where the design community can come together beyond the projects and products themselves.
Celebrating the Los Angeles Design Community
Design WeHo offered a welcome opportunity for eggersmann Los Angeles to open its doors to an engaged audience of architects, interior designers, and industry professionals. Through the afternoon’s conversation, showroom experience, and hospitality, the event brought together the people and ideas that continue to shape the future of residential design.
We thank Jeff Andrews, Amy Meier, Jill Cohen, and everyone who joined us at eggersmann Los Angeles for an inspiring afternoon. We look forward to continuing these conversations and welcoming the design community back to the showroom.
