These luxury condos are situated near the widest portion of Las Olas waterway on Hendricks Isle near downtown Fort Lauderdale. Upon exiting the elevator into each unit’s private foyer, blue skies and expansive waterway greet you.
Well-known high-end brands can be found throughout, including eggersmann German cabinetry in kitchens and beyond, Wolf and Sub-Zero kitchen appliances, Duchateau wood flooring, and Bandelux window treatments.
Ralph Edwards and the entire eggersmann Florida team designed each residence’s kitchen, bath vanities, and other storage needs working with architect/developer, A&E Design Team, Inc.
Kitchens
A&E Design specified a high-end boutique aesthetic with modern, minimal elements. Ralph designed 6 kitchens with a wide variety of palettes for each of the residences with chef-pleasing kitchen appliances by Wolf and Sub-Zero.
Baths
With each bedroom of every home in this mid-rise having an ensuite bath, there was ample opportunity for the Ralph to stretch his creativity. Ralph designed 2 separate sink vanities for each of the master baths and a floating vanity with double sinks for each secondary bath. Modern minimal designs along with ample well-thought-out storage will make it easy for homeowners to keep that spa-like feel every day.
Storage
These luxury condos offer something that is often missing in such units…storage galore! No matter the room, eggersmann’s designs offered abundant storage throughout. Most storage was well-concealed by turnstile doors that fade away as walls when closed, pocket doors that hide functionality when not in use, and beautiful cabinet and drawer fronts. Even the laundry room offers our luxury German cabinets.
