Now Live: Living by Design Virtual Showhouse

The third edition of the Living by Design Virtual Showhouse is officially LIVE, bringing a fresh perspective to how design can be experienced today.

Presented in partnership with LUXE Interiors + Design, this year’s showhouse unfolds as a fully immersive, 3D-rendered home, where 13 distinct spaces come together through the work of leading designers from across the country. Each room offers its own perspective, yet collectively they form a cohesive narrative grounded in materiality, function, and a refined sense of livability.

More than something to simply view, the showhouse invites interaction. It encourages you to move through the home, explore at your own pace, and engage with each layer of design in a way that feels intuitive and personal.

Within the home, eggersmann USA collaborated with an exceptional group of designers. Bobby Berk reimagines the kitchen with a contemporary lens, Adam Hunter brings relaxed sophistication to the outdoor living space, and Isabel Ladd approaches the laundry room with creativity and personality.

The result is a layered environment where innovation meets comfort, and every detail feels considered.

Bobby Berk | Kitchen

Bobby Berk is a seasoned interior designer with a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. As the founder of his full-service design firm, he has led projects across the country, bringing a refined, modern perspective to each space. In the kitchen, he pairs eggersmann’s unique Arabescato marble with the sculptural OSAKA finish, creating a composition that feels both architectural and deeply tactile. Known widely for Queer Eye, his work reflects a strong understanding of how thoughtful design can transform not just interiors, but the way people experience their environments. @bobby

Adam Hunter | Outdoor Patio & Pool Surround

Adam Hunter is known for his refined approach to modern living, merging sophisticated materials with a relaxed, California sensibility. His work often layers natural textures, tailored furnishings, and a soft, neutral palette to create spaces that feel both elevated and inviting. In the outdoor space, he brings this perspective to life through the integration of a CUBIC Outdoor Living island and cupboard, seamlessly extending his signature balance of comfort and quiet sophistication beyond the interior. @adamhunter

Isabel Ladd | Laundry Room

Isabel Ladd brings a bold and expressive perspective to design, embracing color, pattern, and unexpected combinations. Her interiors are layered with personality, blending vintage finds with contemporary elements to create spaces that feel collected over time. In her design, she incorporates eggersmann’s Pannonia Green Leather Granite from the Unique collection, accented with brass details, adding depth, richness, and a sense of individuality to the overall composition. @isabel_ladd_interiors
