German Food Turned Art at eggersmann LA
Participants at the eggersmann LA event sponsored by Cosentino

On February 28th, eggersmann LA showroom director, Brian Allen, hosted a Cosentino-sponsored event featuring German-inspired cuisine by Chef Peter and food stylist, Meg Quinn.  Participants were treated to a visual feast before taking the first bite.

German-Inspired Cuisine

Chef Petr’s creative live-cooking demonstration in the eggersmann kitchen included a take on bruschetta inspired by a German grandmother’s lunch table with hand-sliced ham off the bone, potato salad, and pickled onion atop a slice of hard roll. Of course, everyone also enjoyed the scintillating mascarpone mini-tarts with berries.

Artful Food Trays

As attendees explored the finishes and features of the eggersmann LA kitchen, living room, and closet displays, they often paused to enjoy a morsel from the heavenly cheese, fruit, and relish trays styled by food stylist, Meg Quinn. Thanks to Cosentino for sponsoring this fun and informative event. And special thanks to Chef Petr and Meg Quinn for the yummy food with artful arrangement.
