Bespoke Luxury Garment Hangers
A recent custom closet project included a detail that took a client’s wardrobe to new a level with one-of-a-kind luxury garment hangers. The project first came to life with the homeowners’ dreams of veneers finished in smoked oak, sophisticated watch winders, and island and rods wrapped in skai’s® Sotega Stars flint eco-leather.
To complete the space, talented designer and manager of eggersmann Dallas, Kegan Wilson, sought out garment hangers from brand partner, Lou Hansell. While Lou Hansell, offered several hues from their Custom Collection of Italian leathers for their pieces, the meticulous attention to detail eggersmann USA is known for gave Kegan an idea.
Kegan reached out to the studio designers at Lou Hansell inquiring about wrapping the garment hangers selected for the project in the same shade and material as the island and rods. While artisans at Lou Hansell were accustomed to creating unique pieces for their clients, this would be the first of its kind.
Perfecting their work, artisans at Lou Hansell Bespoke studio set out to create these unique pieces. With Gun Metal selected for the hook color, skai® Sotega Stars flint eco-leather made for the perfect color combination. And, within weeks Lou Hansell artisans had achieved eggersmann request, delighting the clients with the perfect match to the island and rods, and garment hangers that would protect and preserve their wardrobe for years to come.
