When we had water damage in our 10-year-old kitchen, we jumped on the opportunity to replace it with a high-end European modern design. From the moment we set foot inside Eggersmann, we knew this was where we wanted to buy our kitchen. I presented them with my design, and together we selected beautiful materials while being expertly guided through every step of the process. We even visited the slab yards together to choose the countertop materials, which made the experience feel very personal and thoughtful. Installation started on time, and although we encountered a few hiccups—as is to be expected in any construction process—this never felt like an issue. Both the design team and the installation team were excellent: highly professional, detail-oriented, and solution-driven. Any challenges were handled quickly and smoothly, which gave us a lot of confidence. Overall, the entire experience was seamless, enjoyable, and exceeded our expectations.
