Luxury Olympics? We Think So!

Since the announcement that the 2024 Olympics and Paralympics Summer Games would be hosted in Paris starting July 26, 2024, we have expected the competition and its surrounding fanfare to be exquisitely luxe. As details of the 17-day celebration of athletic excellence, perseverance, creativity, and competitive spirt unveil, we are not disappointed.

When time for the Olympics appears on our calendars’ horizons, the eggersmann team often talks about our contribution to the 2010 Summer Olympics in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We were honored for eggersmann to be a part of creating the Athletes Village, dubbed Millennium Water, in preparation of that gathering of 26 countries to compete at the highest levels.

It bears noting that the United States placed first in total medals won setting a record for most medals won at a single Winter Olympics, with 37, breaking the previous record of 36, set by Germany in 2002. In sports and in luxury cabinetry, the two countries excel.
