The team at eggersmann Houston again proudly co-sponsors the 15th Annual Gingerbread Build-Off.

Architecture Center Houston will host competing teams crafting 100% edible, architectural marvels from gingerbread, candy, cookies, and other sweets (leftovers will be composted)! Join more than 4,000 attendees who will watch as the structures take shape and root for their teams. There will also be a construction zone for the kids and lawn games. This wholesome, if a little fattening, entertainment is free and open to the public.
Team registration has reached capacity this year. But keep an eye out for 2025 as the event welcomes local architects, designers, engineers, high school and college students, and any holiday enthusiast to strive to achieve their 15 minutes of fame by winning this gingerbread build-off competition.
