Co-founder of Central City Co-op ,delighted mother and grandmother, and a chronic up-cycler, Pat started making raw meals and dehydrating Krackers out of the abundant organic produce from the Co-op and farmers markets. Her Spicy Flax Krackers won the Gold Medal Award from the Gallo Family Vineyards in the Best Bread and Baked Goods division. In 2005, this award landed yaya’s krackers as a featured product in the New York Fancy Food Show, plus a trip to New York to receive the award from 5 top chefs in the US. Devries conducted the competition for the Gallo family.
