AIA Dallas Tour of Homes Celebrates 20 Years

A Weekend of Architecture, Inspiration & Community

Twenty years of extraordinary homes, visionary architects, and inspiring design! This October, the AIA Dallas Tour of Homes celebrated a milestone anniversary, and eggersmann USA was proud to return as a presenting sponsor of this beloved Dallas tradition.

Held October 24–25, the self-guided tour invited architecture enthusiasts, homeowners, and design professionals inside eight remarkable residences across North Texas. From imaginative renovations to striking contemporary homes, each property offered a unique perspective on residential architecture and the creativity behind it.

Our Dallas team had the pleasure of being stationed at Vertex House on Trailview Drive in Lake Highlands, designed by architect Michael Gooden of Ghost Architects. This award-winning, 4,200-square-foot residence blends modern architecture with mid-century warmth. Designed by Gooden for his own family, the home features beautiful connections between indoor and outdoor spaces, private balconies, an artist’s studio, and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The home’s striking kitchen stonework was crafted by il Granito, which also supported this year’s Tour of Homes as the official wristband sponsor.

We couldn’t have asked for a more inspiring setting to connect with visitors! Our team welcomed guests with fresh popcorn, friendly conversation, and a special eggersmann raffle, adding a little extra fun to an already exciting weekend.

The celebration began with an exclusive Premiere Party on October 22 at a spectacular White Rock Lake residence designed by Laura Juarez Baggett Studio, setting the stage for a weekend dedicated to architectural creativity and community.

Beyond the beautiful homes, the AIA Dallas Tour of Homes is about celebrating the people and ideas shaping residential design. Supporting this event reflects eggersmann’s continued commitment to the architecture and design community and the relationships that make it so special.

A heartfelt thank you to AIA Dallas, Michael Gooden and the Ghost Architects team, all participating architects and homeowners, and everyone who stopped by to visit us.

Cheers to 20 years of architectural inspiration and many more to come!
