HGTV Home Color of Year 2024, Persimmon

Both the persimmon’s flavor and color can be described as rich, mellow, and sumptuously smooth. Continuing a trend indicated by the 2023 Sherwin Williams Color of the Year, Redend Point, the 2024 choice of Persimmon is also an earthy tone with a blushing effect. Persimmon (HGSW6339) is a mid-tone terracotta with tangerine tones that is actually more muted than the actual autumnal fruit’s complexion.

This homey color is part of the 2024 HGTV Home Color Collection by Sherwin Williams entitled “Renewed Comfort”.
